Order related documents

The client application can be used as a stand alone application or from within
Mover's Suite. Opening it from the Third Party menu in Mover's Suite displays documents from the
currently selected order. |

Personal imaging
|
| Any user in the Mover's Suite database has the ability to scan files into their
personal folder and share those folders with whomever they wish. Also all
accounts payable checks and associated backup can be batch scanned to an AP
Admin. So you have a copy of every check you write. |

Transdocs integration
|
|
All images can be uploaded to Unigroup's Transdocs system. Uploads and downloads
can be set to occur once a day or every hour, with an email generated upon
completion to keep
admins aware of any issues that might arise. |
